She is experienced in helping organisations define and articulate their employee value propositions to align with new compensation, bonus and pension schemes.
Throughout his career, Stephen has advised on employee share schemes and related tax and remuneration issues. He has advised on both domestic and international issues and has become an acknowledged expert on employee benefit trusts in their many different guises.
